PRODUCT UPDATE – NOW EVEN BETTER:
We have optimized the formula of our popular Brinomix for you! Look forward to the new batch, now with two crucial advantages:
- More Content: 50% more cysts! (approx. 39 million eggs/L)
- Clean Formula: Optimized flow properties – absolutely residue-free. No more clogging of systems and no more annoying slime formation in the breeding tank!
✅ All advantages of Brinomix at a glance
🔹 1. No salt addition necessary:
Brinomix already contains the optimal salt concentration for Artemia rearing. Unlike other products where users have to dose salt themselves, Brinomix completely eliminates this potential source of error.
🔹 2. Without eggshells – no risks for fry:
Brinomix uses decapsulated Artemia eggs – meaning eggs completely freed from their shells. This means:
- No risk of intestinal blockages in sensitive fry
- No separation of nauplii and shell remains
- Better hygiene in the culture
🔹 3. Safe & Environmentally Friendly:
- Less waste: No packaging waste from salts or dried eggs
- Clean disposal: Significantly lower salt load in wastewater
- Sterile filling: Stored chilled and germ-free – ideal for sensitive species
🔹 4. High nutritional value & better hatching rates:
Since no energy is expended to break through the shell, the nauplii contain more nutrient-rich substance (e.g., lipids, Omega-3). This makes Brinomix particularly valuable for:
- Fish larvae
- Shrimp
- Axolotl
- Betta fish & Dwarf cichlids
- Tetras & Barbs
🔹 5. Easy application & dosing:
🧪 How it works:
- Prepare container: e.g., JBL Artemio or comparable, conical breeding vessel
- Connect aeration: strong continuous aeration is absolutely necessary
- Shake Brinomix well
-
Dose: 10-20ml Brinomix per 500ml water
Optional: a little more can be added, but is not necessary in normal use. - Temperature: optimal at 25–28 °C
- Lighting: place in a bright location or actively illuminate, promotes even hatching
-
Hatching time: All nauplii hatch within 24–36 hours
Then feed directly or refrigerate, but do not store for long – nutritional value decreases rapidly.
