Do you offer a live arrival guarantee?

Yes, we offer a live arrival guarantee on all fish we ship.

Our animals are carefully packed and sent exclusively with suitable shipping methods so that they arrive safely and stress-free. Should it happen, despite all precautions, that an animal perishes during transport and does not arrive alive, we will refund the purchase price of the affected animal.

In such a case, please inform us as soon as possible after receiving the shipment and send us clear photos of the affected animals. This way, we can quickly review the incident and arrange the refund without complications.
